Issues with your order

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately under hello[at]fredarthur.art if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of damage we either ask to receive the damaged item back (shipping at customers expense) or proof of damage and proof of destruction for limited releases.

Never simply send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer without contacting us first!

Change of mind

Please choose carefully – since all current items are produced on-demand when you placed your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind”. We also do not offer refunds for custom items and custom art works (such as commissions).

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible for future items or limited pre-produced print releases not produced on demand. However, as limited releases have limited stock it is possible there won’t be any stock to exchange with. Please read the product description and size charts before you order!

The time window to request an exchange lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered and you did not contact us in time, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange (or refund).

If you want to request an exchange, you must contact us first with your order number at hello[at]fredarthur.art. Exchange shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All items must be in original condition, packaging and arrive back undamaged. To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
